Is that it?

Re: R. I. P Jack Charlton
An unlikely hero for Ireland. Some great stories, liked a drink and gave the players a bit of freedom. A big personality

I think Nobby's still alive FC, but that's over half the team gone now.

Re: R. I. P Jack Charlton
Sad news, remember him with his little black book!

Also Jacks game on TV, and then his stint as the Irish manager, Saint Jack the Irish used to call him.

No nonsence bloke, great defender and decent person.

RIP

RIP big Jack.

Nobby Stiles plus the four already listed still with us. I believe poor Nobby suffers from dementia.

Sad when legends pass away.

He was almost 30 when he won his first England cap. Always gave it all and a proper down to Earth bloke. RIP

There is a nice pic of him holding the World Cup on the England football twitter page with Bobby Moore to his side & Alan Ball & Geoff Hurst looking over each shoulder

Re: R. I. P Jack Charlton
Sven
Is that Bobby Charlton behind Moore with an expression on his face as if to say "take that cup away from my brother"?

a unique character, loved him

Sven Roeder 11:45 Sat Jul 11
Re: R. I. P Jack Charlton
It’s a very pained expression he has there.
Not sure how close the brothers were. Very different personalities
Reckon most would prefer to have a beer with Jack though
